This site is designed to show you all of the different outdoor advertising methods Pirate Billboard has to offer. http://www.giantmobilebillboards.comSUCCESS TERMS Cancellations: In cases where an advertising campaign is cancelled by the client prior to 14 days before the campaign start date, all fees paid to Pirate Billboard, LLC will be refunded with the exception of any printing fees incurred. If no fees have been incurred by Pirate Billboard, and the cancellation has taken place prior to 14 days of the campaign start date, then 100 percent of any monies paid to Pirate Billboard, LLC shall be returned to the clinet. If cancellation takes place in 14 days or less from the campaign start date, the client will be refunded all monies paid, with the exception of a 10 percent late cancellation fee. Weather conditions: Adverse weather conditions will not be grounds for contract cancellation or postponement. However, Pirate Billboard, LLC reserves the right if deemed necessary, to postpone any advertising campaign due to adverse weather conditions. If adverse weather conditions cause Pirate Billboards, LLC to cancel any or all mobile billboard traffic for one or more days, then a credit for that day may be given to the client. The client may, if they choose, advertise on a different day, or recieve a refund on that days advertising fee. Delivery of billboard design(s): Clients should deliver any ad design(s) to Pirate Billboard, LLC no later that 15 days prior to the contract start date. Failure to deliver any ad design(s) on time may result in a delayed campaign start date. Inability of a client to deliver ad design(s) on time are not grounds for cancellation. Content: The client is solely responsible for the content of any media submitted to Pirate Billboards, LLC. We reserve the right to delete, move, or edit any content that it, in its sole discretion, deems abusive, defamatory, obscene, in violation of copyright or trademark laws, or otherwise unacceptable.
